Suspected gas leak? Leave the building first, then call your gas utility's emergency line. Call us afterward.

Oxford, Brant, Norfolk, and Elgin Counties. If you're outside these counties, call us — we can sometimes accommodate or refer you to a trusted colleague.

How do I book? Use the online booking form or call us. Same-day appointments are often available.
How much does a service call cost? A diagnostic visit is $99 (waived or credited if you proceed with the repair we recommend). Quotes for repairs are given before any work starts — no surprises.
How do I pay? E-Transfer (preferred, no fee), credit card (3% processing fee added), cheque, or cash. See our terms of service for details.
What about warranty? Parts carry their manufacturer warranty (typically 1-10 years depending on equipment). Our labour is warranted for 30 days from the service date.
