Spring + Fall
Maintenance Plan.
On the menu, not an upsell.

Pick the plan that matches your equipment: A/C, furnace, boiler, heat pump, or a two-visit bundle. Priority booking and no diagnostic fee on repairs in between. Flat prepaid pricing from $149/yr, and it never auto-renews. We don't pitch maintenance at your door: if you want it, it's right here, and you book it yourself.

One Flat Price, Two Visits

Everything included.
Nothing added at the door.

Six tiers, straight off our flat-rate guide, so you only pay for the equipment you actually have. Two-visit bundles save $19 versus booking the visits separately, and every tier puts you at the front of the line when something does break.

Spring visit: air conditioner

Done before the heat arrives, so the first 30°C week isn't the day you find out something's wrong:

  • Refrigerant charge verified (superheat/subcool) — ODP-certified
  • Condenser coil inspected and cleaned
  • Capacitor and contactor tested under load
  • Condensate drain cleared and treated
  • Temperature split measured and recorded
  • Filter checked, airflow verified

AC failures cluster on the hottest days of the year. A spring tune-up is how you avoid the July triage queue.

Fall visit: furnace

Done before the cold locks in, by a TSSA-registered G2 gas technician:

  • Combustion analysis (measured, not eyeballed)
  • Heat exchanger inspection
  • Flame sensor cleaned, igniter tested
  • Gas pressure checked and set to spec
  • Venting and safety controls verified
  • Filter checked, blower and airflow verified

Most January no-heat calls trace back to a part that was already failing in October. This visit is where we catch it.

Fall visit: boiler

Hydronic heat done properly, by a TSSA-registered G2 gas technician:

  • Combustion analysis (measured, not eyeballed)
  • Heat exchanger and burner inspection
  • System pressure and expansion tank checked
  • Circulator pump and zone controls verified
  • Gas pressure checked and set to spec
  • Venting, relief valve and safety controls verified

Boilers reward maintenance more than any other system: a clean, properly set burner runs quieter, cheaper, and years longer.

Why This Isn't The Usual "Membership"

A maintenance plan
with no hidden agenda.

At most shops, the maintenance plan feeds the install department: the tune-up tech's real job is finding reasons to replace your system. We don't have an install department to feed.

01

You choose it. Nobody pitches it.

The plan exists on this page and in the booking menu, and nowhere else. No technician will ever bring it up in your basement mid-repair. That's the whole point of "no upsells": the menu is public, the door is sales-free.

02

Repair-only economics

We don't sell or install furnaces or ACs, so a maintenance visit can't funnel you toward a replacement quote. The visit has one job: keep the equipment you own healthy and catch small failures early.

03

No auto-renewal, ever

Prepaid means one year, paid once. When it ends, we send one reminder and the decision is yours again. If the plan was worth it, you'll book another year. That's the only retention strategy we run.

How It Works

Three steps, no phone tag.

01

Book your first visit

Use the form below. Pick the plan that matches your equipment (the price shows right in the menu) and choose a date for whichever tune-up is in season: cooling in spring, heating in fall. Your appointment confirms instantly, nothing to pay yet.

02

Prepay by secure link

Your plan invoice lands in your inbox automatically: the annual amount plus HST, payable by e-transfer or securely by card (Stripe). Your plan is active the moment payment goes through. We never see or store your card details.

03

We handle the calendar

When the other season approaches, we email you to book visit two at a time you pick. Priority booking and the waived diagnostic fee apply from day one until your plan year ends.

Start Your Plan

Book your first tune-up.

Choose your plan from the menu (prices included), pick a date for your in-season tune-up, and tell us about your equipment: make, approximate age, anything quirky. No payment now; the secure payment link follows by email.

You'll get an instant confirmation email with your appointment details. Service hours: Mon-Sat, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
